Terms of Service
These are the terms for using the Dock website and the Dock apps. Dock is early software under active development and these terms say so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

The website
You can read it. If you give us your email address, we will use it to tell you about Dock, and you can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to the address above. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Using the apps
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Do not use Dock to break the law, to send malware, to harass people, or to try to break into the service or anyone else's account. We can suspend an account that is doing any of those things.
Your content is yours
Everything you write in Dock belongs to you and to your organisation. We claim no ownership of it. We store and transmit it because that is how you receive your own messages, and for no other purpose. We do not use it to train anything, and we do not sell it.
Early software
Dock is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it correct and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that it will be free of faults, or that it will never lose data. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending it
You can stop using Dock whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will change the date at the top and tell account holders rather than leaving you to spot it.
